The Inn at Sugar Pine Ranch does not offer direct dial phones.  We do provide free Wireless Internet that has adequate coverage throughout the private accommodations in order for you to communicate with the outside world.  Please note, that while our Internet Service Provider is fairly stable, The Ranch does not guarantee that WiFi will be available or stable throughout your stay. 

We do not have televisions, alarm clocks, or radios in any of our guest rooms at Sugar Pine Ranch.  We like trying to maintain the historic and rustic nature of the Inn at Sugar Pine Ranch and offer a simpler alternative to the overwhelming amount of screen time people face day to day.  So, book your stay at The Ranch today and escape the trappings of technology in our naturally beautiful surroundings.

As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear in your browser session. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.
Yes. However, our hotel will only recognize a credit card on which the authorized payee’s name is clearly present and visible, copy of the payee’s identification and a credit card authorization form is completed and faxed back to our property. You can contact us for the Credit Card Authorization Form and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.

The Inn at Sugar Pine does have a seasonal private pool which may be open for guest use based on availability.  Please note, due to the natural environment and setting, the pool is only accessible by foot.  Please contact the innkeeper to inquire about the pool's availability.

During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the "Special Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met. Yes, when you book your stay via the booking engine, we ensure to take every safeguard possible in transmitting and storing any personal data including SSL Encryption and other PCI compliant standards.
Simply follow the instructions to modify or cancel your reservation found in your Reservation Confirmation Email. Alternately, you can find the link to Cancel or Modify Your Reservation in the footer of the hotel’s website. Please note, your reservation is not canceled until and unless you receive an email confirmation for the cancellation.

Smoking is absolutely NOT permitted anywhere on the property at The Inn at Sugar Pine Ranch. Any guest who smokes in or around their room will be charged $250 and the season’s room rate for each day that the room is unavailable to other guests for smoke abatement and odor quality restoration measures. There is no smoking on decks, at the pool, on trails, or any place of public gathering. Public health and wildfire prevention are everyone’s responsibility. Guests responsible for starting wildfires may be held responsible for fire fighting liabilities and other costs and may be criminally prosecuted.
